Manager of Evaluation Activities

| Description: |
Coordinates work of evaluation contractors, software vendors and technical support consultants. Working with program management team and external contractors, improves strategies for assessing program effectiveness. Assists grantees in utilizing data from program reports for program planning and quality improvements. Assists in communicating results of First 5 investments.
Master’s degree desirable. Prefer 5 years experience in program development and/or program management. Strong project management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Familiar with program evaluation terminology. Knowledge of early childhood development and children’s issues a plus.
FT position with excellent compensation and benefit package.
