Four out of five child car seats are installed incorrectly, have been recalled, or are out of date.  Inspections are done by Safe Kids Ventura County, dedicated to preventing childhood injury.  This service is provided on selected Mondays, a partnership between Safe Kids, Ventura County Public Health, and the First 5 Moorpark/Simi Valley Neighborhood for Learning.
