The Santa Clara Valley Neighborhood for Learning (SCV NfL) governing body and the First 5 Ventura County Commission seek an existing, well-established public or non-profit organization that is committed to the NfL’s sustainability, growth, and development to serve as Contract Agency for the SCV NfL. The Contract Agency will provide contractual, fiscal, and administrative oversight of NfL operations. Please see links below for additional information.
