Annual Evaluation Report
Invitation to Submit Bid
First 5 Ventura County (F5VC) would like to invite bids from evaluators to conduct a data analysis, interpretation and report of findings for its FY 2009-10 Annual Evaluation Report. We are requesting a bid for up to three years with each year identified separately. The final product will be a written Evaluation Report that will be due on January 7, 2011. The F5VC program data will be available on August 13, 2010. The scope of the Report will cover program activities funded under the F5VC Commission’s three strategic initiatives: (1) Early Learning; (2) Family Strengthening; and, (3) Health. These strategic initiatives are linked to a specific set of evaluation questions, programmatic benchmarks and outcome measures. The seven program activity areas to be evaluated are: preschool; early education for parents and children together; mental health services; service coordination/case management; developmental screenings; access to health insurance and oral health services.
