First 5 Ventura County announces the release of a Request for Applications (RFA) for Preschool Expansion. First 5 Ventura County is seeking an experienced implementation partner to operate new licensed center-based preschool spaces that build on existing capacity at school or community sites.

Community Investment Loan Fund

The Community Investment Loan Fund is a partnership between First 5 Ventura County and EDC-VC. It provides below-market financing for developing licensed quality child care and preschool facilities for Ventura County’s children.
