• Family Resource Centers
  The Moorpark Family Resource Center and Berylwood/Simi Valley Family Resource Center are neighborhood-based drop-in centers offering a safe, relaxed setting for family oriented programs, resources, activities and classes. Both Family Resource Centers provide families with:
   
  • Family Education trainings on parenting issues.
  • Health Services including: medical/dental/vision/nutrition screenings & workshops.Healthy Families/MediCal Application Assistance.
  • Enrichment activities for children such as, Family & Me Art & Music, Story times, Reading Buddies, Spanish for Kids, Karate, Soccer.
  • Information & referrals to outside agencies
  • Support with parenting issues.
     
• Ready, Set, Grow! Mobile Preschool
  Ready, Set, Grow! is a preschool program for children 3 to 5 years of age. Our mobile program brings preschool to you at several of the local parks or other community locations in Moorpark and Simi Valley.
   
• Quality Improvement Program
  Assists childcare providers in raising the quality of the programs they offer.
