Rio NfL

About Us: 
The Rio Neighborhood for Learning serves the families living in the Rio School District, which encompasses the unincorporated areas of El Rio, Nyeland Acres and sections of North Oxnard. Our focus and purpose is to support parents in their number 1 job- being a parent. This support comes in the form of early education, one on one family support and adult learning opportunities. In collaboration the Rio NfL staff work closely with community partners to broaden our. All families with children ages 0 to 5 who live in the Rio School District are eligible to participate regardless of income. Also classes and services are free.
